Sourcing
5 questions
Send us your plans, schedules, specifications, or material list. We price the relevant packages against our network of 5,000+ manufacturers across 156 countries, then walk you through the sourcing plan and approved materials.
Once you proceed, one project manager coordinates production, freight, customs clearance, quality inspection, and delivery to your jobsite. You have one accountable point of contact throughout.
Both. Architectural drawings, spec sheets, schedules, room data, or a plain quantity list are all useful starting points.
If the scope is still being developed, we can help organize the list into product packages and flag the details needed to compare suppliers accurately.
We support four delivery models: supply only; supply plus installation; construction management; and general contracting where the project and contract structure call for it.
We define the responsibilities, handoffs, and commercial terms for the selected model before work begins, so the delivery scope is clear.
Factories are vetted before onboarding and re-checked for the order at hand. The review considers the manufacturer’s capabilities, production fit, and ability to meet the specified package.
We collect the certification documents and test reports relevant to the materials involved and share them with the client as part of the project documentation.
Our model is predominantly factory-direct international sourcing, but the best source is not always overseas.
Where local or North American supply is faster or better suited to the specification, schedule, or project conditions, we include it in the sourcing plan.

Pricing & Savings
6 questions
Clients commonly see potential savings in the range of 20% to 40%, but the result varies by product, specification, volume, origin, tariffs, freight, and your existing local pricing.
We quote the specific numbers for your project and show the assumptions behind them rather than promising a headline figure.
The largest difference usually comes from removing distributor and middleman markups by ordering directly from the factory.
Consolidated shipping and volume pricing can add further efficiency when multiple products or repeated units are purchased as one coordinated package.
Lower cost does not mean a lower specification. The savings come from removing layers in the supply chain, not from downgrading the material you approve.
Products are sourced to the agreed specification, with samples or technical details reviewed before production and each package inspected before shipment.
Duties and tariffs depend on the product, origin, classification, and destination. They are quoted transparently for your project rather than hidden in a blanket allowance.
We coordinate the customs process and documentation so the landed-cost assumptions are visible before you commit to the package.
MOQs are set by the factory and the material. Some product ranges ship in small quantities, while others are priced and packed in container loads.
We confirm the MOQ for the specific products on your list before you commit, and we can look at alternate sources when the factory minimum does not suit the project.
Payment terms are set out in the project contract, with milestones tied to production, shipment, and delivery.
Specific terms are confirmed with your quote so the payment schedule matches the selected products, delivery model, and project timing.

Logistics & Delivery
4 questions
Go Global coordinates the full route: freight booking, export documentation, customs clearance, cargo insurance, and final delivery to the jobsite.
Your project manager keeps the production, shipment, clearance, and delivery milestones connected so you are not coordinating separate vendors for each handoff.
Timelines depend on the product, factory production schedule, shipping route, and destination. A custom furniture package and a stocked hardware range will not follow the same calendar.
We give you a project schedule with your quote and update it through production, shipment, and customs clearance so the delivery plan stays tied to the actual order.
Yes. Comprehensive cargo insurance covers the shipment from the factory to the jobsite.
Your project documentation sets out the coverage and claims process, and the team coordinates the paperwork if an issue occurs in transit.
Yes. We ship worldwide, including projects in the Caribbean and other international destinations.
The coordination model stays the same: production, freight, documentation, and delivery are managed as one route, with customs clearance handled at the destination.

Quality & Compliance
3 questions
A staged inspection process runs from the factory floor through final delivery. Depending on the package, checks cover production progress, dimensions, finish, quantities, packing, and shipment readiness.
Inspection records and supporting documentation are retained for the client, giving the project team a clear trail for what was checked and when.
We source to the standard required for your jurisdiction and project specification, and review packages against the applicable requirements before release.
Every package is subject to a final specification review. If a product needs a particular document, test report, or performance detail, that requirement is addressed as part of the review before production moves forward.
Report the issue when the shipment is received so the condition, packing, and quantities can be documented. We open a claim and coordinate the next step with the relevant parties.
Cargo insurance and the project contract set out the process and remedies. Your project manager stays involved while the claim is reviewed and resolved.
